Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor industrial TIG welding machinery according to strict safety and production guidelines.
  • Perform critical quality checks to ensure all welded products meet exact specifications and blueprints.
  • Adjust machine and welding settings as needed to optimize both weld quality and production efficiency.
  • Identify, document, and report any defects, or process variances to the team.
  • Assist with basic welding machine maintenance and technical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a TIG welder.
  • Proven experience specifically in quality control, weld inspection, or quality assurance.
  • The ability to accurately read measurements, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
