Family Guidance Centers, Inc seeks to support the behavioral health of individuals, families, and communities through our commitment to innovation, accountability, and compassionate care to facilitate positive, lasting change. The Staff Nurse essential duties and responsibilities include: Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming. Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool and the Drug Enforcement Administration Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.

Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patients and documents findings.
