Description
Flexible Lifeline Systems is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist is with a focus on digital marketing strategies, along with some experience of digital content creation as well as CRM to join a growing marketing team. The role will bring a combination of subject matter expertise as well as an ability to execute numerous tasks and projects. We are located in North Houston. This is a on-site role. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship and applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, coordinate, monitor and assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives which includes but are not limited to:
  • SEM: Ability to lead, develop, implement, and then expand (based on ROI) a paid search program. The SEM strategy is expected to be a component of a larger integrated marketing campaign as well as to be a standalone and ongoing program.
  • SEO & LLM Optimization: Ability to Lead the development and execution of strategies to increase top-10 keyword rankings and brand visibility within AI-generated responses (LLM Optimization). This includes auditing content for "answer engine" compatibility, optimizing for search volume, and managing inbound/outbound linking to build authority across traditional and generative search platforms.
  • Website Editing and Content Creation: While the role is intended to focus on SEM, SEO and LLM we are looking for someone with broader experience and the ability to get involved in supporting website development and edits and other ad-hoc digital marketing areas as needed.
  • Lead Generation: It is expected that SEM, SEO and AEO will be a primary driver of generating MQLs and SQLs. The Specialist will be responsible for implementing tactical plans to deliver the maximum number of quality leads that convert to sales funnel opportunities and revenue.
  • Tactic level expertise: This role will be the subject matter expert for SEM, SEO, AEO website maintenance and development. Experienced in preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI reports on digital marketing efforts.

Requirements
SEM & SEO experience within a B2B marketing environment -Experience for brands with a solution based go to market strategy that includes some type of high value technical hardware/equipment + service with a sector/industry concentration.
Martech familiarity - Comfortable working with Tracking Data Analysis tools, WordPress CMS and Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tools.
Capability building, backed by results - As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to provide supporting KPIs that demonstrate their knowledge and success from past campaigns.
Additionally, candidate must possess
  • 5+ years in paid search campaigns such as Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
  • 5+ years in SEO optimization strategies.
  • 2+ years in LLM Optimization for Google AI, ChatGPT, Gemini
  • 3+ years implementing SEO & SEM plans for high value B2B solutions.
  • 3+ years of WordPress or related content management systems (CMS).
  • 3+ years in Digital Analysis & Reporting.
  • 3+ years experience with Project Management tools.
