JOB DESCRIPTION - Digital Marketing Specialist
SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting VRC's digital marketing strategy and execution across all service lines, with a primary focus on paid digital advertising, campaign performance, and digital marketing technology. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and business leaders, this role helps manage and optimize PPC campaigns, analyze marketing performance, support Salesforce and other digital platforms, and execute initiatives that generate leads and support business growth.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven digital marketer with experience in paid search, campaign optimization, analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing, and marketing technology. This position will also support marketing initiatives for VRC's Digital Services, including email campaigns, content, and lead-generation efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the management and optimization of PPC and paid digital advertising campaigns across VRC's service lines and markets.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, leads, conversions, cost per lead, ROAS, and other key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance and provide reporting and recommendations based on campaign and market-level results.
  • Coordinate with external agency partners and internal teams on paid media strategy, campaign execution, testing, and optimization.
  • Support conversion tracking, Google Analytics, website performance, landing pages, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with Salesforce management, including campaign tracking, lead flow, reporting, data quality, and coordination between marketing and sales.
  • Support VRC's marketing technology platforms and help troubleshoot issues related to digital campaigns, tracking, lead generation, and system integrations.
  • Build, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Support marketing initiatives for VRC's Digital Services, including email campaigns, content, webinars, landing pages, and lead-generation efforts.
  • Create and coordinate digital marketing content, including emails, landing pages, blogs, social media posts, and sales support materials.
  • Stay current on digital advertising, AI, automation, search marketing, and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, PPC, marketing automation, or B2B marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing or supporting Google Ads and paid search campaigns strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, marketing technology, professional services, healthcare, information management, or related B2B industries is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong understanding of PPC, paid search, digital advertising, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing, SEO, website management, and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
