It offers opportunities for remote work, freelance projects, and requires staying updated with search engine algorithms and tools such as Google Analytics. Career growth depends on experience, certifications, and staying current with industry trends.

How does an SEO professional typically collaborate with content creators and web developers?

SEO professionals work closely with content creators to ensure that written materials are optimized for relevant keywords, user intent, and search engine guidelines. They also collaborate with web developers to implement technical improvements, such as site speed enhancements, structured data, and mobile optimization. Regular communication and teamwork are essential, as SEO recommendations often need to be balanced with creative goals and technical feasibility. This cross-functional collaboration helps ensure that both content and website infrastructure support higher search rankings and a better user experience.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist, you need a solid grasp of keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, analytics, and content strategy, often supported by a marketing degree or relevant certification. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress are typically expected. Job description

Change the world. Love your job.

Texas Instruments is seeking a AI Visibility & Search Strategy Specialist. In this role, you will contribute to the strategy for how our technology is perceived by LLMs and Search Engines. This isn't just about keywords; it's about Generative Experience Optimization (GEO) and high-level content strategy. You will use advanced visibility tools to track scores and insights across a strategic list of prompts, translating those scores into actionable recommendations for the business. On the day to day you will monitor and analyze our Web and AI visibility performance, own specific projects that will improve this visibility and interact with various stakeholders (internal and external) to drive execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and refine SEO, GEO, and LLM visibility strategies to improve our share in LLM response for our semiconductor portfolio.
  • Defining the Unknown: Help us define new KPIs. Since traditional metrics (like immediate revenue) don't always capture the impact of AI visibility, you will help create the metrics that prove our success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: We depend on many teams for execution. You will act as the "bridge," communicating priorities and creating collaborative touchpoints with content, web, and engineering teams.
  • Fail Fast & Learn: Propose bold, new ideas and testing protocols. We value the "positive failure", learning quickly from what doesn't work to double down on what does.
  • Data Storytelling: Analyze visibility scores and insights, making the data "speak" to stakeholders through clear, high-impact presentations and recommendations.

Texas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.

Why TI?
  • Engineer your future. We empower our employees to truly own their career and development. Come collaborate with some of the smartest people in the world to shape the future of electronics.
  • We're different by design. Diverse backgrounds and perspectives are what push innovation forward and what make TI stronger. We value each and every voice, and look forward to hearing yours. Meet the people of TI
  • Benefits that benefit you. We offer competitive pay and benefits designed to help you and your family live your best life. Your well-being is important to us. Please find our country-specific benefits here

Texas Instruments is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse, inclusive work environment. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, creed, disability, genetic information, national origin, gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.

If you are interested in this position, please apply to this requisition.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in SEO, GEO, LLM,  Digital Strategy, or Data Analytics and Visualization with a proven track record of solving "unstructured" problems.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with LLM architectures, Search Engine algorithms, and web optimization strategies. Since LLMs rely on structured data, someone who understands how to make a website "readable" for a bot (using JSON-LD or Schema) would be a plus.
  • Strategic Mindset: Experience in GEO or a deep curiosity to lead in this specific space.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Agile & Curious: You have a "startup" mindset within a large organization. You aren't waiting for a manual; you are writing it
  • Data-Driven: You are comfortable with ambiguity but obsessed with data. You can find the signal in the noise of visibility scores.
  • Proactive Communicator: You can influence teams you don't manage and present complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
  • LLM Industry thinker:  you have a natural curiosity about the evolution of LLM and stay in sync with the search industry evolution.
  • Customer experience mindset:  You won't just execute; you will provide the "human judgment" to ensure our prompts reflect customer needs. You can understand our customer design development journey and are curious about improving it asking question beyond the scope of the AI visibility team and teaming up with other members of the Digital Selling group.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
