Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our One Search team (SEO & Paid Search), supporting integrated search strategies across both organic and paid search channels. This role is ideal for a search professional who has experience in either SEO or Paid Search (SEM) and is eager to deepen expertise across both disciplines. The ideal candidate is passionate about how consumers discover brands through search and understands how organic and paid search strategies work together to drive measurable business outcomes. This role involves responsibilities from SEO strategy and copy optimization to building and executing paid search campaigns. You will help clients improve their visibility across the full search ecosystem by delivering insights, analysis, and integrated search strategies that combine SEO, paid search, and emerging search experiences. This role is client-facing and requires strong collaboration with analytics, media, creative, and development teams to deliver impactful search programs.
Responsibilities
  • Integrated Search Strategy
    • Support the development and execution of integrated strategies across SEO and Paid Search.
    • Translate client business goals and marketing objectives into actionable search strategies and tactical recommendations.
    • Identify opportunities where SEO and SEM can work together to improve visibility, efficiency, and performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-channel teams (analytics, media, social, creative, and development) to align search initiatives with broader marketing programs.
  • SEO Strategy & Execution
    • Lead technical SEO audits, site analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities to improve organic visibility.
    • Develop keyword strategies, content recommendations, and technical SEO recommendations aligned with client goals.
    • Conduct content audits and work with editorial and creative teams to optimize existing and new content.
    • Prioritize SEO recommendations based on potential impact and implementation feasibility.
    • Partner with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of SEO recommendations.
    • Monitor organic search performance and provide actionable insights to improve rankings, traffic, and engagement.
  • Paid Search Campaign Management
    • Support the development, optimization, and maintenance of paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
    • Assist in campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy testing, bid optimization, and landing page recommendations.
    • Monitor pacing and performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization.
    • Execute testing strategies across campaign variables (creative, keywords, audience signals, landing pages).
    • Work with vendors and platform partners to troubleshoot issues and ensure campaign performance.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Insights
    • Pull, analyze, and interpret performance data across both SEO and SEM channels.
    • Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports with insights and recommendations.
    • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
    • Identify emerging trends, issues, and opportunities in search performance.
  • Industry Leadership & Innovation
    • Stay informed on evolving search trends, including changes in search engine algorithms, AI-driven search experiences, and platform updates.
    • Share relevant industry insights, tools, and best practices with internal teams.
    • Support the development of internal thought leadership, case studies, POVs, and blog content.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in either SEO or Paid Search (SEM) with a strong interest in learning and contributing across both disciplines.
  • Understanding of how organic and paid search strategies work together to drive search visibility and performance.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Lumar, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with paid search platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Experience working with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Ability to conduct keyword research and understand search intent.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights and recommendations.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate client business goals into measurable search strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally across teams.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
  • Experience managing or supporting enterprise-level search programs with large datasets or budgets.
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO concepts, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and basic web development concepts.
  • Experience with bid management platforms such as SA360, Marin, or Skai (Kenshoo).
  • Knowledge of local SEO, mobile SEO, and eCommerce SEO strategies.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and tagging implementation.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Understanding of emerging search environments including AI-powered search and conversational discovery.
  • Experience with project management or collaboration tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, etc.).

The salary range for this position is posted below.
