Shift Hours - 6am-4:30pm
M-Th, w/ Overtime on Fridays

Position Summary: Performs machine operation under minimal supervision including, basic inspecting while working safely and efficiently. While using standard operating procedures, applies basic knowledge and techniques to complete routine task and process requirements. Develops skills in basic tasks, technique and procedures within multiple areas and processes. Ability to read, write, and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations. Must be able to use basic measuring equipment and tools. Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO 13485 and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and other regulations. Effectively works in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives. Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment. Effective communication skills at a level co-workers, Lead and Supervisor can understand. Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.

Perform all activities on a safely manner for everyone. Actively participate on safety programs.
Always follow all policies and procedures, to ensure only a quality product will be shipped to our customers.
Site machine operators are classified as CNC Grinders, Molding Machines, Multivac sealing machine, Cutoff machines, Laser welder and ECG machines.
Performs duties by following released procedures, and machine programs and parameters.
Expected to provide feedback on production and methods, product design issues, continuously strives to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
Communication with co- workers, Lead and Supervisor.
Maintains Hour by hour production paperwork, boards, or graphs.
Keep work area clean organized and safe.
Complete all assigned trainings on time.
Required Qualifications:
Must be able to read English proficiently, write legibly, follow simple diagrams/drawings, follow manufacturing and inspection procedures, and complete documentation, records, and logs.
Must be able to perform, changeovers, and set up.
Must be able to perform in-process inspection to ensure products meet specifications and standards by following Inspections procedures.
Must be able to focus continuous attention to work processes.
Must be willing to work overtime if necessary.
Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time.
Must be able to use measuring tools such as calipers and Test equipment
Must be able to do basic Math and have computer skills.

HS Diploma not required but preferred
1- 3 years machine operation experience

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment. The employee frequently is required to verbally communicate with other associates. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.
Work Environment:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required including but not limited to lab coats, hair / beard covers, shoe covers, gloves, ear protection, safety shoes, eye protection and specialized cleanroom suits and head coverings as required.
May be using calipers, Microscopes, Go-No Go gauges, Leak tester, Pull tester, and Keyence.
Standing for long periods of time.
No makeup, or jewelry, and some restrictions on clothing.
Training:
Training will be determined by the Production Supervisor, and Quality upon hiring.
