Location: Onsite
Pay: $22.50 per hour (Includes Shift Differential)
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Schedule

Regular Shift

  • Sunday through Thursday
  • 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Paid Training

  • One week of classroom-based training before working independently.

What You'll Do

As a Packaging Machine Operator, you'll help ensure products are packaged safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate and monitor packaging equipment during production runs.
  • Prepare packaging materials and stage products for production.
  • Perform packaging, labeling, sealing, and palletizing of finished products.
  • Remove product caps and decommission materials using barcode scanners.
  • Monitor production equipment and respond to minor machine jams or operating issues.
  • Escalate mechanical problems when maintenance support is needed.
  • Complete equipment cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • Verify labels, packaging materials, and sterilization information for accuracy.
  • Complete production documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies, cGMP regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Work closely with production, quality, and operations teams to meet daily production goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or production experience.
  • Packaging or assembly line experience.
  • Machine operator experience.
  • Warehouse production experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, food, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
