Role Overview:
Coinflow is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support revenue growth by generating qualified sales meetings through outbound prospecting. This role is primarily focused on cold calling, with the goal of starting meaningful conversations and booking meetings for the sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in building Coinflow's sales pipeline and will be measured on activity, conversations, and meetings booked. This role will be base + variable, with commissions tied to meetings set and pipeline generated.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consistent, high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers across fintech, banking, and crypto companies
  • Engage prospects in initial conversations and clearly articulate Coinflow's value proposition
  • Qualify prospects at a high level to determine interest, need, and fit
  • Book qualified meetings and demos for BDRs with proper context and notes
  • Follow up with interested prospects via phone and email to increase meeting conversion
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and meetings in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily call targets and monthly meeting quotas
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve call scripts, objection handling, and messaging
Required Qualifications:
  • Comfort spending a large portion of the day on outbound calls
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Resilience and persistence in a quota-driven environment
  • Ability to stay organized and manage follow-ups effectively
  • Interest in sales, fintech, and payments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in cold calling, SDR, or outbound sales roles
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or crypto products

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $135,000 USD. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning this range includes our uncapped commission structure and annual base salary for the role. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, qualifications and business needs.
In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible for an equity grant, allowing you to share in the long-term success of the company. You will also have access to a wide array of benefits, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) savings plan, and flexible time off.
