Sales Development Representative (SDR)

ClearBridge Technology Group is a technology consulting & staffing company operating across the Domestic U.S. ClearBridge helps customers meet strategic technology, business, and staffing challenges with comprehensive service offerings that include staff augmentation, professional services support, custom project teams, program and project management, and business analysis and strategy.

Position Description:

Due to continued growth, ClearBridge is looking for SDR's to join our sales team in a hybrid role working 2-3 days per week in our Billerica, MA office. The successful candidate will work with our sales teams to support day to day sales operations by helping to drive revenue and close business. The SDR will be responsible for supporting existing accounts and prospecting for new accounts through inbound/outbound calls, following up on leads, and working with senior members of the sales team to grow accounts.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be extremely intelligent and possess an ability to quickly grasp new concepts. The SDR should enjoy working in a dynamic environment, interacting with customers, prospects, technical resources, and other team members. The candidate should be high energy, organized, possess excellent communication skills, and want to excel in a competitive, sales driven environment.

Requirements:

Entry level position (Recent college graduates through 2 years of work experience)

Enjoys the challenge of making prospecting phone calls daily

Understands how to utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms

Strong organizational skills

Comfortable with learning technology and technology-based products

Strong communicator

Experience with office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
