Their role is critical in building a strong sales pipeline and ensuring SDRs meet targets efficiently.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an SDR manager?

Job description

Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world‑class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable.

Founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors. Most recently, Google Ventures led our series B. We’re growing 5x YoY, our customers are raving fans of the product, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times.

It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re‑engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives.

How we work

We operate with one core principle: velocity. In practice, this means we:

  • Optimize everything we do around accelerating rate of learning.

  • Do truly great work.

  • Communicate openly and directly, and with full context.

All while maintaining a hard‑earned reputation for craft and quality.

The role

We’re looking for an SDR Manager to stand up our SDR function, owning hiring, coaching, and performance management for a team of four SDRs in London today, with plans to triple the team by year end. You’ll build a predictable, efficient pipeline engine for our Mid‑market and Enterprise sales motions, freeing Sales Leadership to focus on scaling the AE teams. This is a hands‑on opportunity to define how a modern, AI‑enabled SDR organization works, leveraging best‑practice systems and tooling to generate more pipeline with less—and to build a high‑quality talent pipeline for future roles across Sales and Engagement.

Key ownership areas:

  • Build and scale the SDR organization, with a headcount plan of 12 BDR/SDRs by year end.

  • Own SDR hiring end to end, from sourcing strategy and assessment through closing and onboarding high‑upside junior talent.

  • Coach and develop SDRs through clear performance standards, regular feedback, call coaching, and thoughtful management of both top performers and non‑performers.

  • Define and run the SDR operating system, including targets, activity standards, pipeline contribution, management cadence, and enablement in partnership with Sales leadership.

  • Build a strong, predictable pipeline generation engine supporting SMB and Mid‑market growth.

  • Implement modern SDR tooling and AI‑enabled workflows, including tools such as Nooks, to increase team output and effectiveness.

What you bring
  • Experience building, scaling, or meaningfully evolving an SDR program, with measurable outcomes across hiring velocity, ramp time, or pipeline impact.

  • A repeatable approach to coaching and developing junior sellers, including examples of leveling up performance and retaining top talent.

  • A pipeline‑builder mindset and a clear point of view on why SDR leadership is critical to the revenue engine.

  • Strong systems thinking, with the ability to establish targets, processes, coaching rhythms, and quality standards from first principles.

  • Fluency with modern SDR technology and AI‑enabled workflows, rather than relying only on legacy prospecting patterns.

  • Strong pattern recognition in where to find, attract, and assess high‑upside SDR talent in competitive markets.

  • High agency, sound judgment, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining a high quality bar.

What we offer
  • The best co‑workers you’ll ever have, in an environment that fosters cohesion, collaboration, and performance.

  • Supreme rate‑of‑learning as we re‑orient how the world works with AI.

  • High compensation, through cash and equity.

  • All the benefits you’d expect and more.

For the greater good
