Skill Sets:

Knowledge of SDN technologies such as OpenStack, NFV, virtualization

Knowledge of Web Technologies - Should have good understanding of web applications general architecture, using REST APIs, Python.

YANG modeling language experience desirable.

Basic understanding of optical transport networking

Experience partnering with subject matter experts, developers to produce customer facing collateral such as whitepapers, developer guides

Self-sufficient and highly motivated, ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly

Integration support experience with OSS/BSS

Job Description:

Consultation

Help customer/SDN application Vendor to understand MLSM architecture

Support the customer/SDN application vendor in understanding the MLSM API and their usage

Work with engineering to develop sample programs that showcase best practices of using APIs.

Developer Support/POC management

Understand the use case/functionality customer wants; Participate in solution discussions with customer/SDN application vendor

Support the customer/SDN application vendor in identifying the MLSM API which can be used to achieve the use case

Provide help in validating the solutions from APIs

Help them to debug and resolve issues

Documentation

Document APIs based on interaction with engineering and SW PLMs

Utilize Infinera documentation standards to create customer-facing collateral
