Role Overview

MeeruAI is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of complex product and engineering initiatives across AI, SaaS, and enterprise finance platforms. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role focused on project planning, execution, release readiness, dependency management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will drive delivery across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, QA, Security, and Integration teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

·       Build and manage integrated project plans including scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, timelines, and critical paths

·       Drive execution across Engineering, Product, AI, Data, QA, Security, and Integration teams

·       Lead project cadences including kickoffs, status reviews, working sessions, issue tracking, and retrospectives

·       Identify and manage risks, blockers, dependencies, assumptions, and change control processes

·       Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to translate priorities into actionable delivery plans

·       Coordinate QA, environment readiness, deployment planning, release management, and go-live activities

·       Maintain dashboards, delivery reporting, status communications, and executive updates

·       Support vendor coordination, technical integrations, and release execution activities

·       Drive cross-functional alignment while balancing delivery timelines, quality, and launch expectations

Required Qualifications

·       7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Software Delivery within SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments

·       Proven track record delivering complex multi-team software projects from planning through production launch

·       Experience supporting major product launches in high-growth or 0→1 startup environments

·       Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, system dependencies, data flows, testing, deployment planning, and release processes

·       Experience managing scope, risks, issues, constraints, dependencies, and change management across technical programs

·       Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills

·       Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

·       Experience with Jira, Linear, or similar project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

·       Background in enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled products, or Finance/Accounting systems

·       Experience working with cross-functional engineering and product teams in startup or scaling organizations
