What is an SDLC Project Manager?

An SDLC Project Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing software development projects through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). They coordinate teams, manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Their role includes planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, while mitigating risks and ensuring stakeholder communication.
