  • Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
  • Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
  • Manage projects or initiatives from initiation through implementation
  • Manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Lead, organize and execute with little or no direction, deliver commitments on time, and to work on a team within a fast pace environment
  • Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
