Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Scrum / Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support Agile and traditional project delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, tracking project progress and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating and managing Agile and Waterfall projects.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business analysts, developers and stakeholders to define project goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and delivery roadmaps.
- Track project progress, milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Remove team impediments and support continuous Agile improvement.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards and executive updates.
- Coordinate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project implementation activities.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Utilize Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project or Monday.com.
