Scrum Master

The client is looking for a Scrum Master to work closely with Business Analysts and subject matter experts to understand requirements and translate into epics and stories.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Work with other Agile teams to effectively design, build and deliver cloud-based solutions.
  • Facilitates team events, including (where applicable) the daily stand-up, and sprint demos.
  • Works with developers, BAs, and testers to identify and eliminate roadblocks.
  • Coordinates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and identify requirements.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst or Scrum Master.
  • Required Security Clearance: None (Public Trust).
  • An understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
