In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and guide teams toward continuous improvement while fostering a collaborative and productive environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines, helping to create a culture of accountability and transparency. The ideal candidate has a passion for agile practices, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to coach teams through the complexities of the Scrum framework. ALTERNATE EXPERIENCE
General comment on degrees: Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong understanding of Scrum methodology
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to remove impediments and blockers
• Ability to manage and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Expertise in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Ability to coach and mentor team members
• Proficiency in facilitating sprint planning and reviews
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of backlog management and prioritization
• Experience in risk management and mitigation

DESIRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean)
• Familiarity with scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
• Experience with distributed or remote teams
• Ability to drive team motivation and morale
• Understanding of DevOps practices
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)
