Job SummaryThe Scrum Master at SHI International coaches Scrum teams to enhance their understanding and application of Agile principles, facilitating Scrum events to boost productivity and learning. This role involves collaborating with Product Owners to maintain the product backlog, mentoring development teams for self-organization, managing dependencies across teams, and assisting in Sprint commitments and risk management. The Scrum Master is accountable for tracking team progress and improving quality and outcomes.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
