Job description

Job Title: Lead Scrum Master
Contract Type / Duration: Contract through April 2026 (with potential to extend or convert to FTE)
Location: Remote (preferred states: St. Louis, Missouri or  Texas, Florida, Minnesota, Illinois, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Arizona, Michigan, California, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio)

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 


Overview

The Lead Scrum Master will guide Agile teams to deliver maximum business value while fostering continuous improvement. This role involves close collaboration with Product Owners, facilitation of Agile ceremonies, and coaching teams on Agile practices and SAFe principles. The position also includes preparing and presenting Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cumulative flow, etc.), supporting PI Planning, and ensuring strong team accountability and delivery discipline.

This is a net-new role supporting the Provider Duals Project, with potential to convert to a full-time position.

  • Proficiency with JIRA and stakeholder management

Education & Certifications
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field)

  • Required: SAFe Scrum Master Certification (or equivalent Agile certification)

  • Must be eligible for W-2 employment (no C2C)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
