Job Description -Scrum Master
We are looking for a Scrum Master who will act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams. The role focuses on helping teams grow, improve performance, and follow Agile best practices while ensuring smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Scrum Master for an Agile team within a product or feature area
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile/Lean methodologies
  • Support Agile ceremonies, release planning, and remove any blockers
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams throughout development
  • Improve team productivity, transparency, and predictability
  • Track and escalate complex issues or cross-team dependencies
  • Help prepare teams for planning and alignment events
  • Ensure use of proper tools and quality practices (like story kick-offs, testing, etc.)
  • Monitor team performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency within the team
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment
