Job Summary
We are seeking a self-started, highly detail oriented, and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Impiricus. In this role, you will facilitate agile practices and principles while supporting our mission to revolutionize healthcare communication through innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about agile methodologies and have a proven track record of guiding teams to deliver high-quality software products in the healthcare technology space.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings, ensuring they are productive and align with agile best practices
  • Coach development teams and stakeholders in agile principles, helping to maintain focus on delivering value while fostering continuous improvement and innovation
  • Remove impediments and blockers that affect team productivity, acting as a servant leader to protect the team and optimize their performance
  • Collaborate with the Product team to maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritized effectively
  • Track and report on team metrics, sprint progress, and project status to stakeholders, providing transparency and identifying areas for improvement
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination and communication, especially in areas where multiple teams need to collaborate on healthcare communication solutions
  • Support the ongoing development of agile practices within the organization, helping to scale and improve our processes as we grow

Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Required
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling agile methodologies in software development environments
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
  • Excellence in facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$115,000
