A Scrum Manager, often referred to as a Scrum Master, is a professional responsible for facilitating the Scrum process within a team. They help coordinate Agile practices, remove obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, and ensure that everyone follows Scrum principles. The Scrum Manager acts as a servant-leader, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective communication among team members.
