We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst 5 for a 12-month contract based in Lansing, MI.-HYBRID
Accepting local candidates to Michigan that are within 90 minutes of Lansing ONLY. Position will be hybrid, in office 2 days a week

Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience gathering requirements from users:
  • identifying impacted business processes
  • assessing business needs
  • identifying IT solution integration.
  • GAP analysis
  • SWOT analysis
  • 6+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation including:
  • wireframes or screen mockups,
  • context diagrams
  • benefits realization
  • business process models
  • workflow diagrams

4+ years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies including:

  • Daily Scrum
  • Sprint Planning

  • Sprint Reviews

  • 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps backlog management, Kanban board, Sprint board, etc.
