Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven All-Source Intelligence Analyst to provide critical analytical support to the U.S. Navy Material Support Office (NMSO). In this role, you will be responsible for fusing complex data from diverse intelligence disciplines (e.g., HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, IMINT, MASINT) to assess and mitigate threats to Navy logistics, material acquisition, and global supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding the Navy's material readiness by identifying adversary intentions, supply chain vulnerabilities, and global geopolitical factors that could disrupt maritime sustainment operations. You will work closely with senior decision-makers, Navy logistics personnel, and the broader Intelligence Community (IC) to deliver actionable intelligence products.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Intelligence Fusion & Analysis:Collect, analyze, and synthesize raw and finished intelligence from multiple sources to evaluate threats to Navy material support, global logistics networks, and defense industrial base (DIB) operations

  • Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM):Monitor and assess foreign adversary efforts to target, compromise, or disrupt the procurement, transit, and storage of critical Navy materials and technologies

  • Product Development:Draft high-quality, actionable intelligence products, including daily intelligence briefs, threat assessments, operational summaries, and strategic reports tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Briefing & Communication:Deliver regular intelligence briefings to NMSO leadership, Navy commanders, and interagency partners regarding current and emerging threats to material readiness. Identify intelligence gaps and recommend or draft collection requirements to address them

  • Interagency Collaboration:Liaise with the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and other IC partners to ensure comprehensive threat coverage and information sharing

  • Tool Utilization:Leverage advanced analytical tools, databases, and visualization software (e.g., Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, M3, TAC) to map illicit networks and identify supply chain anomalies

Required Clearance:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen

  • Must have an active Top Secret (TS) clearance and be eligible to obtain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access (TS/SCI)

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, Intelligence Studies, National Security, International Relations, Political Science, Regional Studies, or a related field, and at least 10+ years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

  • Proven understanding of global maritime operations, defense supply chains, or logistics support systems

  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to process large volumes of disparate data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of adhering to IC analytic standards (e.g., ICD 203, ICD 206)

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Prior experience supporting U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, or Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) operations

  • Familiarity with Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) methodologies; foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI) analysis; or counterintelligence

  • Experience applying structured analytic techniques and presenting findings to senior decision-makers

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and/or lead analytic teams (for Mid and Senior levels)

  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline

  • Active Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
