Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance
Proven ability to brief and engage senior DoD and contractor leadership, clearly communicating technical and operational topics
Experience in project management, operational planning, and personnel/resource coordination
Demonstrated leadership supporting the operations and/or sustainment of large-scale, mission‑critical information systems
Working knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including networks, systems, and cybersecurity operations
Ability to synthesize complex technical issues into clear, actionable briefings, reports, and executive‑level summaries
Experience developing and maintaining Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and/or Standard or Operating Instructions for operational services
Proficient with Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and related collaboration and visualization tools
Experience working in Agile or iterative development and operational environments, including task and workflow management tools such as JIRA Desired Qualifications (Highly Preferred) Experience supporting DoD operational, mission support, or enterprise IT programs in a classified environment
Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, including command-line operations and scripting (e.g., Bash or Perl)
Scripting or development experience using Python and/or Java
Experience with automated testing approaches and system validation activities
Background in technical and operational documentation, including procedures, test plans, and reports
Strong analytical skills, including quantitative and qualitative data analysis
