SDETIntroduction:

The SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through the development and execution of automated test scripts. This individual will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve any issues, as well as contribute to the overall improvement of the testing process.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Jenkins, CI/CD, PlayWright, TypeScript/Python, and Java.
  • Integrate Generative AI tools and prompt engineering to automate test script generation.
  • Identify, report, and debug complex failures in the software.
  • Utilize bug tracking tools such as Azure to track and manage issues.
  • Test RESTful APIs and databases to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with the development team to improve testing processes and overall product quality.
  • Provide feedback on software design and implementation to enhance testability.
  • Assist in the creation of test plans and strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies related to software testing.
