This position is responsible for SecOps functions appropriate for the Technician Intern level. This requires the ability to learn and perform one or more of the following functional areas:
Job Scheduling Operations:
Scheduling and integrating jobs
Application controls
Balancing and distribution of data
Security Access Operations:
Providing appropriate Data and User Security Access
Controlling, maintaining, and monitoring security access to the computer infrastructure and data repositories
Mainframe and Associated Systems Operations:
Running and monitoring applications
Detecting application malfunctions and providing appropriate notifications
Code Migration Operations:
Production path migration management
Test environment availability and readiness management
Code migration processes
Testing Operations:
System test management and execution
Script and script catalog maintenance
Integration of testing with migrations
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
Learn to effectively use software tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
Learn to effectively use the functionality of PC, Mainframe and Web applications and tools to perform job responsibilities.

Pursuing an Associate degree or above from an accredited school.
