Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
  • Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties effectively
  • Apply expertise in pricing, staging, and other listing-related services
  • Represent sellers in offer negotiations
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and client information using PLACE Technology
