Position Summary
Our Tour Ambassadors are responsible for creating the ultimate experience for our fans at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. We go above and beyond to exceed their expectations in customer service, selection of engaging brands, display of merchandise, attention to detail, creating hype and storytelling/educating through Stadium Tours.
If you have a passion for great service, an outgoing personality, enjoy working in teams and strive to create relationships with students and fans, this is the place for you! We primarily host students throughout the week and private groups. In addition, throughout the year, we provide unique experiences with community members, fans, and students.
The Tour Ambassador reports to the Senior Manager, Tour Operations & Education Programs and is a part-time position based out of Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta, GA.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Mercedes-Benz Stadium visitors
  • Welcome each visitor and serve them as they begin the tour
  • Always maintain a professional image and pleasant demeanor
  • Be knowledgeable about all parts of the facility that are on the tour route and in the script.
  • Facilitate a group getting through the facility in a safe and effective way
  • Work with fellow team members to keep tour route monitored in an effective manner
  • Learn which tours are available on a day to day basis
  • Communicate with team mates and supervisors via 2-way radio
  • Ensure safety of all visitors
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills and Education Requirements
  • Works well with students and youth
  • Organizing teams, such as youth sports or volunteer groups
  • Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with team members and educators
  • Leadership skills
  • Organizational skills / Detail oriented
  • Capable of retaining large quantities of information and facts
  • Charismatic personality and ability to story tell

  • Able to communicate effectively; including the ability to receive and deliver detailed instructions
  • 1+ year experience in customer service or youth / education industry
  • Ability to pass a background/drug test
  • High School Diploma or above

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand (for long periods), sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
