Job description

We are seeking Telehealth RNs and LPNs to support patients with chronic lung illnesses and pulmonary fibrosis. The company recently launched an FDA-approved drug that requires telehealth nurse support. These roles are 100% remote and involve conducting outbound calls to patients and receiving inbound calls. Nurses will follow call scripts and have access to resources to guide conversations. The focus is not on providing extensive clinical support but rather offering emotional support and monitoring patients’ progress while on the medication.

1. Provide telephonic and electronic service and support of stakeholders, utilizing experience in Behavior Modification and Motivational Interviewing to help achieve and sustain medication adherence through telephonic outreach. 35%

2. Coordinate the collection of patient specific clinical data required to support adherence to regulatory program requirements and therapy protocols 15%

3. Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with regulatory and specific service line and program requirements 15%

4. Utilize clinical knowledge and defined processes to identify stakeholder needs, risks and safety concerns, ensuring timely escalation and reporting 15%

5. Follow up with physicians and patients for purpose of compliance and persistency in reference to program protocols 15%
