Collateral Exception and Administrative Specialist

100% Onsite until Trained then transitions to Hybrid

Description:

• Analyze data trends and translate findings into actionable reports and recommendations.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and manage operational, project, and risk-related issues.
• Create clear, effective reports and business communications for stakeholders.
• Use standard office software, reporting tools, and business systems with minimal supervision.
• Organize, protect, and process data to support business objectives.
• Evaluate potential solutions by considering benefits, costs, stakeholder needs, and overall business value.
• Support project readiness, testing, and implementation activities, including test script development and validation.
• Model and assess risk scenarios, including potential impact, probability, and recommended response.
• Communicate clearly, request actions, and support planning or policy-related discussions.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet business objectives efficiently.
• Work independently while providing technical guidance to others as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gather, monitor, and analyze risk data to determine whether risks are within approved risk appetite.
• Identify trends, issues, or exceptions that may require additional investigation or escalation.
• Extract, combine, and summarize data from multiple sources to produce standard and moderately complex reports.
• Prepare clear reports, documents, and summaries using standard office software and business applications.
• Provide information and clarification on existing procedures, processes, and precedents.
• Apply organizational policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and codes of conduct to ensure work is compliant.
• Obtain supervisor or manager approval for any exceptions to mandatory procedures.
• Support business processes by using standard technology tools and systems effectively.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development activities to strengthen technical and professional capabilities.
• Maintain awareness of relevant technology, regulations, industry practices, and risk management standards.

Skills:

1. 2-4 years professional experience in banking/finance services specifically commercial loan document experience
2. HS Diploma (minimum)
3. Strong Data Analysis/Risk Reporting Skills

This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
