You are one the first points of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in following script, call tracking, data entry of customer information, needs assessment, objection handling and appointment conversions. #1 Cochran is the leading automotive retailer in the tri-state area.   • Assist customers by answering inbound phone calls, coordinating service appointments, and answering questions in a timely manner.
  • Initiate a high volume of outbound calls to existing and prospective service customers.

  (maintenance, PA state inspections and emissions, manufacturer campaigns (recalls).

  • Maintain a high level of performance & attention to detail while coordinating service appointments.
  • Communicate service inquires, status updates with necessary service department/advisors. 
  • Actively and carefully manage/track service leads.
  • Ensuring accurate and appropriate protocol is followed with each call by following script, call tracking, data entry of customer information, appointment details.
  • Navigate manufacturer warranty websites to look up campaign/recall information.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Excel.
