Rosen Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, setting appointments, and delivering an exceptional first impression of the dealership experience. Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and schedule sales appointments
  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using dealership scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information
  • Assist customers with preliminary financing options based on their needs
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to schedule or who missed appointments
  • Maintain positive working relationships with teammates, sales staff, and dealership leadership
  • Utilize the CRM system daily to document customer interactions and track leads
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement sessions
