Job description

The Sales Enablement Representative is an outbound-first hybrid role that adds proactive selling capacity and flexible coverage to the Solar Energy Solutions sales team. The primary mandate is outbound prospecting - generating qualified meetings in our priority verticals - supported by inside sales coverage and key back-office functions when needed. This role keeps the selling machine moving and the pipeline growing.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable making outbound calls, organized enough to manage administrative responsibilities, and flexible enough to provide coverage where/when the team needs it. This role works closely with inside sales, field sellers, industry specialists, marketing, and operations. This role reports to Sales Leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation (Primary)
• Execute proactive outbound calling and outreach against named target lists in priority verticals
• Generate qualified meetings and site assessments for field sellers
• Build and work prospecting sequences in HubSpot and maintain consistent daily activity
• Support account-based outreach in coordination with marketing and industry specialists
Inside Sales Coverage & Support
• Provide backup phone and lead-triage coverage when inbound volume spikes or during absences
• Qualify and route inbound leads to the correct seller when covering
• Help maintain response times and the speed-to-lead standard during peak periods
SREC & Program Administration
• File and track SRECs accurately and on schedule
• Maintain documentation and records related to incentive and compliance programs
Permitting & Operations Backup
• Serve as backup support on permitting submissions and tracking as needed, in coordination with operations
• Assist with documentation handoffs between sales and operations
CRM & Pipeline Hygiene
• Log all outbound activity, contacts, and outcomes in HubSpot
• Keep prospecting data clean, current, and complete
Other Duties as Assigned
• Support cross-functional initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth
• Contribute to outbound playbooks and call scripts
