Polygraph clearance Job Description:
Role Overview
- Develop and implement methods for data collection and reliability.
- Analyzes raw data sources to develop and maintain datasets for
transforming into useful data systems.
- Develop complex data flows or makes significant enhancements to
existing pipelines.
- Resolves complex hardware/software compatibility and interface
design considerations.
- Conducts investigations and tests of considerable complexity.
- Identifies ways to Improve data quality and efficiency.
- Research emerging technologies to determine meaningful upgrades to
project.
- Provides input and is involved in writing and updating technical
documentation.
- Troubleshoots complex problems and provides customer support for the
ETL process
- Collaborate with fellow data engineers and data analysts
Key Responsibilities
- Codebase Modernization: Migrate legacy data processing scripts from
PowerShell to Python, resulting in a more concise, capable, and
scalable codebase
- Performance Enhancement: Achieve a dramatic reduction in data
processing times through thread optimization and migration to
Python, significantly improving data load efficiency
- Rapid Integration Framework: Architect the Python codebase around
inheritable, source-agnostic base classes that drastically simplify
and accelerate onboarding of new data sources
Requirements:
Candidate must possess an active TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph clearance Candidate must have experience using Python
Preferred:
Experience using databases such as MongoDB or SQL
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering,
Cybersecurity, or related technical field (or equivalent
