QUALIFICATIONS: Certificated Staff DESCRIPTION: -Assists in the artistic needs of production
-Interpreting the Script: Assist in analyzing the text, identifying themes, and developing a cohesive artistic vision for the
production.
-Casting: Attend auditions and assist in the selection of actors to fill the various roles in the play.
-Rehearsals: Assist in leading blocking rehearsals, providing guidance and direction to actors, helping them develop their
characters and performances. This includes giving notes to cast and crew when asked for
-General Schedule Commitment Needs: Attend auditions and callbacks; Assist in planning & running blocking and technical
rehearsals; Attend all nights of production
