Pay Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers
  • Apply critical thinking to assess patient needs and deliver appropriate care
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their loved ones
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes

Requirements:
  • Active California LVN license
  • Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience (home health preferred)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
