Company Description:

This well-established engraving and printing company manufactures high-quality printed and engraved products for customers across a variety of industries. They offer a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment where employees are encouraged to learn new skills and grow within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate screen printing equipment while following production specifications.
  • Accurately read a ruler and take precise measurements to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while working with the production team to meet daily goals.
Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to accurately read a ruler, as precision is critical.
  • Curious, open-minded, and comfortable asking questions rather than making assumptions.
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained.
Schedule:

  • 1st Shift -  Monday through Friday
  •  6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Pay:

$18.00 per hour

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
