Job description

HOURS: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm

REPORTS TO: Screen Print Office Manager

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

As a screen print shipping/receiving associate, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by receiving and maintaining inventory on incoming products and shipping out completed product that will ultimately end up in our customers’ hands.


Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.)

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Interpret work orders and job aids effectively to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
  • Assist in unloading and sorting of incoming products via UPS, FedEx, and all other carriers.
  • Receive, inspect, count, and ensure accuracy of each incoming order and enter the data in our system.
  • Use RF scanners to manage and ensure inventory accuracy and track orders.
  • Effectively communicate with supplier operations for order changes and cancelations.
  • Put away received orders into assigned staging locations.
  • Help with replenishing/picking up empty bins and pallets from various locations throughout the Screen Print Facility.
  • Help perform weekly follow-ups on past due orders in the staging area.
  • Act as backup for the replacement stock orders.
  • Perform entire shipping process for timely delivery to our customers.
  • Be knowledgeable in all the carriers (i.e. UPS, Federal Express (FedEx), etc.) shipping processes and methods.
  • Ensure order information for each package is correctly entered into the shipping system.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Assist in other areas when needed and when time allows.

  • Previous inventory experience preferred.
