HOURS: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm

PAY: $18.50/hr

REPORTS TO: Screen Printing Press Production Supervisor

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

As a screen printing press operator 1st shift, you will be making our customer’s artwork come alive by producing screen printed garments in a highly efficient production environment.

Here is what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.) Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility.
  • Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
  • Setup, operate, and troubleshoot a screen-printing press to screen print decorate garments with customer-supplied artwork in an efficient high production environment.
  • Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensure high quality, accurate prints.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Comply with safety procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
