Job Description


The Screenprint Order Coordinator is responsible for order management, order follow-up, maintaining quality

control during the second half of the production process - ensuring timely delivery of jobs, facilitating shipping

to clients and venues.



Requirements:

Responsibilities and Accountabilities


  • Responsible for communicating verbally and electronically with Account Managers and vendors to clarify the details of orders and to ensure that client needs are obtainable and reasonable and to ensure that orders will ship as requested while clarifying any questions or concerns.
  • Responsible for providing ship dates, transit times and ship options to the Account Manager + Senior Production Coordinator.
  • Responsible for receiving, repackaging, and shipping products that are delivered to the Futureshirts office as needed.
  • Responsible for communicating verbally and electronically with the shipping departments to ensure that correct shipping information is provided including addresses, priority and other relevant details.
  • Responsible for relaying production challenges to all involved parties offering reasonable alternatives to keep production on schedule.
  • Responsible for providing shipping options and quotes as needed and works with Account Managers and shops to determine the best shipping method for the client.
  • Responsible for working with brokers to set up, track and review LTL shipments.
  • Responsible for verifying shipment deliveries and resolve any shipping issues.
  • Responsible for coordinating couriers, pickups, and other shipping/delivery needs.
  • Responsible for reporting accurate shipping costs for billing and verifying invoices accuracy and update as necessary. Work with shop on any discrepancies
  • Responsible for resolving any quality issues with shops and account managers

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of business experience
  • Basic understanding of Screen Print Manufacturing and Promotional Products
  • Experience in coordinating purchasing/screenprinting projects including communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors, controlling cost, managing schedules, and risk management.
  • Experience utilizing creativity and problem-solving skills to devise alternative solutions to problems and presenting those solutions in a positive and helpful manner.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures and requirements.
  • Experience in coordinating Less-than-truckload (LTL) and Truckload (TL) shipments
  • Experience and strong understanding of the service options and selecting the proper services for shipments via package delivery companies (e.g. FedEx, UPS).
  • Basic computer skills

Special Requirements/Preferences

  • Strong time management / organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of basic business principles.
  • Appreciation for sales and ability to fully assist Sales Reps to create quality products for on-time delivery.
  • Ability to utilize complex computer software.
  • Strong interpersonal / verbal communication skills.
  • Superior attention to detail.



This position will work in our Nashville, Tennessee offices and is eligible for the current, standard company

benefit program. For 2025 this includes health, dental, and vision insurance along with short-term and
