While Scorm focuses on e-learning content standards and technical packaging, Instructional Designers create engaging educational experiences. Both roles often collaborate in e-learning projects, but their core responsibilities differ: Scorm ensures content compatibility, whereas Instructional Designers focus on learning effectiveness.

Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Computer Programmer II to execute the technical integration and courseware functionality for the Career Training Continuum (CTC) revisions. Reporting to the Programmer III, your primary focus is the successful migration of legacy content to Adobe Captivate and the SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) wrapping of all final deliverables. You are responsible for ensuring that IMI 1-3 content functions seamlessly on Navy e-Learning (NeL) via TRANET VDI and that complex media modules perform correctly in local VDI environments. You provide the technical support necessary for Regression Testing and the remediation of software anomalies during the Pilot phase.

Experience
3+ years of software development experience; exposure to SCORM or virtualized training environments is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
