About the Role


Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager for the Americas, the Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial and strategic role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of our recruitment and onboarding activities for Score teams in the Americas (Canada, United States, Mexico and Trinidad & Tobago). This role partners closely with business leaders to identify current and future workforce needs, attract high-caliber talent, strengthen employer branding, and ensure a consistent recruitment process across all operating locations.

The position serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing labor market intelligence, workforce planning recommendations, succession planning support, and recruitment expertise for technical, professional, operational, and leadership positions in the industrial manufacturing, energy, petrochemical, and oil & gas industries. The incumbent will collaborate across all Americas teams, cultures, and time zones throughout the Americas.

Main Role and Responsibilities


PLANNING, RECRUITMENT AND TALENT AQUISITION:

Partner with Americas leaders and HR team to drive hiring strategy and talent decisions and assist with:

Developing and executing recruiting strategies and hiring decisions in alignment with business growth objectives and Companyโ€™s policies.

Workforce planning forecast and critical roles identification.

Providing labour market trends and talent competitive driving information.

Lead full-cycle recruitment process activities across the Americas region and support the HR team.

Develop sourcing strategies utilizing direct sourcing, networking, industry associations, social media, and referrals.

Create professional and engaging job ads to enhance visibility of the Companyโ€™s branding content to attract candidates within the engineering, manufacturing, and energy talent markets.

Coordinate participation in career fairs, technical conferences, industry events, as well as college and university recruiting programs.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Ensure the Company complies with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within its recruitment activities.

Monitor and report key recruiting metrics to the HR Manager, Americas on a monthly basis and in a timely manner.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.


HR DEPARTMENT SUPPORT

Assist the Americas HR team with the recruitment process, including job postings scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates through pre-screen, virtual and in-person interviews as well as employment, background and other security checks for technical, engineering, production, field service, operations, sales, management or other roles within the Americas. Support hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate assessments, and selection practices to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Develop standardized templates for job description and advertisement templates, checklists, and any other recruitment documents in collaboration with the HR Manager, Americas. Gather the HR Monthly Statistics and Recruitment Metrics from the regional offices and consolidate the information into a data sheet for the HR Manager-Americas final review and reporting.

Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, along with any necessary certifications and other documentation requirements collected as proof of qualifications, with all information updated and uploaded into the respective VITAL profiles.

Assist with any immigration, work authorization, and/or transfer-related recruitment activities and documentation when needed.

Assist with organizing employee training sessions, seminars, or workshops as directed by the HR Manager, Americas and regional HR representatives.

Providing new hires contact information, job descriptions and location, including copies of the documentation and authorization forms required to perform pre-employment screenings and job-related medical evaluations and testing, in accordance with local, state and federal laws.

Coordinating with the employees to attend the Companyโ€™s training in health, safety, environmental and quality policies, procedures, including any work specific instructions and/or requirements.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:


Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration or equivalent post-secondary education, including Sales related experience will be considered).

Minimum 5 years of proven talent acquisition experience in competitive markets, including recruiting related laws and regulations knowledge within the Americas region.

Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably sourcing candidates for manufacturing positions within a project-based or industrial setting.

Experience supporting HR and senior leadership teams in workforce planification initiatives.

Strong network and professional connections within the industry and social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn and knowledge of other recruitment platforms.
