Rate of Pay: $13.00
Status: Open Until Filled

  • Record score and control game clock at basketball games as part of the department's basketball league.
  • Check scoreboard and game clock equipment before each game.
  • Notify officials of any equipment problems.
  • Keep hand-written log and recap of the score and statistics of each game.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of the rules of basketball and proper time keeping procedures.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to communicate (in English) with children and adults.
  • Skill in basic math (add, subtract, multiply whole numbers).
  • Visual acuity to read scoreboard and official's hand signals.
