• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to discern their emotional and psychological needs, living situation, and treatment goals.
• Engage clients in individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, or narrative therapy to address acute and chronic mental health issues.
• Develop and tailor personalized treatment plans based on assessments, ensuring interventions align with individual client needs and are regularly updated to reflect their progress.

You will primarily work with clients in a hospice setting, which includes individuals facing serious health issues, their families, and caregivers. Your expertise will play a vital role in addressing emotional responses to grief, loss, and life transitions, offering crucial support as clients navigate these challenges. You'll engage with a diverse clientele who may possess varying cultural backgrounds and life experiences, allowing you to apply your clinical skills in unique and impactful ways.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, ensuring a solid educational foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Possession of an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas, confirming your eligibility to practice in a clinical capacity.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, with a preference for experience in hospice care or private practice environments, emphasizing your understanding of the unique challenges clients face at the end of life.
