As the Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our store, ensuring that every cup of coffee served is paired with amazing service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and motivating a team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

- Managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.

- Upholding Scooter’s Coffee’s high standards for quality, cleanliness, and service.

- Driving store performance by meeting sales goals and fostering a positive team environment.

- Training and developing team members to grow their skills and confidence.

- Handling challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset to keep the store running smoothly.

We’re searching for someone who’s ready to lead with enthusiasm and expertise. Here’s what makes a great fit:

- 1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a fast-paced setting.

- A customer-first attitude with a knack for creating positive interactions.

- A passion for coffee and the ability to inspire that passion in others.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the store and team.
