Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Carrying out thorough patient assessments, managing diagnostic tests, and crafting individualized care strategies.
  • Diagnosing and addressing acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions in conjunction with physicians or independently (subject to credentialing).
  • Providing education to patients and their families about health maintenance, wellness, and disease management.
  • Prescribing necessary medications and treatments within the boundaries of practice.
  • Engaging in patient follow-ups and managing chronic health issues.
  • Coordinating collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee comprehensive, integrated care.

Qualifications
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).

Essential Certifications
