Associate Territory Manager - SCS

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hunts for new/competitive business in assigned territory under the direction of a Territory Manager
  • Collaborates with Territory Manager and Regional Business Director on territory strategy.
  • Had assigned ownership for specific accounts.
  • Serves as a point person when TM is unavailable.
  • Participates in business activities such as Forecasting, DPWs, and APAs.
  • Develops and utilizes professional selling skills.
  • Uses data/business tool to identify growth opportunities in priority accounts.
  • Builds and sustains a diverse network of high-level relationships (providers, payers, clinicians).
  • Supports TMs with contract and pricing discussions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years' work experience in a sales' and/or clinical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred 2 years as a Pain Stim CS
  • Proven selling abilities and drive to be a TM
  • Strong analytical, selling, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates a strong technical and clinical aptitude to be able to discuss & explain complex product information & complete extensive training programs
  • Proven ability to challenge or change physician behavior

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $65,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
