We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Manager, Business Operations. This position will be located in Springfield, MO.
Summary:
The Manager, Business Operations supports and drives operational execution within a department, ensuring alignment with business objectives, performance targets, and customer needs. This position coordinates cross-functional activities, monitors key metrics, and helps optimize processes to improve efficiency, support technology development, and enable revenue growth. The role also contributes to planning efforts, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and supports financial and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities within assigned teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide guidance on task execution and track progress against defined metrics.
  • Support the execution of operational plans that contribute to technology development, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including technology and product development, to ensure operational alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor key operational metrics, identify performance gaps, and escalate issues or recommend improvements.
  • Assist in the development and execution of short- to mid-term plans aligned with broader business strategies.
  • Support Business Development initiatives by contributing operational insights and assisting with implementation of account or product strategies.
  • Participate in customer, supplier, or internal meetings as needed to support relationship management and project execution.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense management; ensure adherence to established financial guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement efforts.
Education amp; Credentials:
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business administration, or related field and 4+ years related experience or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
