To thrive as a Science Trainee, you need a solid background in scientific principles, analytical thinking, and often a relevant degree in science or engineering. Familiarity with laboratory techniques, data analysis software like Excel or Python, and safety protocols is typically required. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and eagerness to learn help trainees adapt and contribute within research teams.
